Alternatively, you can submit any required paperwork within 15 days, provided that the Customs Authorities agree. If you choose the second option, our signed Agreement will be void, and we will lose time and money dealing with the Dubai Customs officials. You would also lose the shipping cost you paid. However, if the Customs Authorities receive the necessary paperwork within 15 days, we can proceed with the rest of the working procedures outlined in the Agreement.

Should a commodity brokerage firm wish to introduce a deal, we recommend they negotiate terms directly with a trading firm and provide a guarantee letter. The trading firm can then engage with us directly, clearly identifying the brokerage firm as a party to the transaction. We only engage with the buyers and sellers who assert direct ownership of the goods involved in the transaction.
This approach helps us maintain the integrity of our operations and deliver consistent results for all stakeholders.
