The Board has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and management of Motjuan Resources & Commodities, including commercial and financing strategy, stakeholder relations, and corporate governance.

The Advisory Board provides strategic counsel and specialist expertise to the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, drawing on deep experience across mining and critical minerals exposure, trade finance, and geopolitical strategy.

The Advisory Board holds no operational or fiduciary authority and does not participate in day-to-day management decisions, which remain the responsibility of the Executive Committee. Members contribute independent perspective on strategic direction, risk, and emerging opportunities across the Company’s core markets, reporting their views directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
